I was advised by Cheshire Oaks Audi to record a video every time an issue occurred, which felt a bit like being told by a doctor: “Next time you trip over and break your arm, make sure you film it.” Although it sounded ridiculous, I decided I would try to record the incidents—if I remembered—whenever they happened. Naturally, most videos were taken after the fact, with just one or two captured in the moment by sheer chance.
